My one-on-one coaching program will identify where you want to be and how you’re going to get there using unconventional strategies tailored for you.
Instead of developing a 12-month plan based on a generic coaching framework, we’ll reverse map your goals based on where you want to be in seven years’ time.
Once we know what you’re working towards, we’ll remove the barriers holding you back and leverage off my substantial network to connect you with the people you need to grow. This program is completely tailored to who you are and where you want to be.
Duration:
3, 6 or 12 months depending on your unique circumstances.
Ideal for:
- Entrepreneurs, business owners, CEOs and future leaders who want to break through a plateau but feel stuck.
- Executives and senior leaders who have just moved into a new role and want to make an impact
Process:
- Book in for a 15-minute consultation so we can discuss what you want to achieve and how I and my network might be able to help.
- During a follow-up 30-minute consultation we will talk about our potential partnership and ensure we’re a good fit to move forward.
- A one-hour strategy meeting maps out the details of how we can achieve your goals. By this stage, I know whether you need a 3, 6 or 12-month program.
- We have a ‘formal’ catch-up every three weeks with lots of interaction in between to ensure you stay focused and on track.
